All Reka Setia playground components are fully compliant to Malaysia's SIRIM MS966 safety standards apart from other international quality standards like the TUV ISO9001:2000. We are also amongst the very few companies in Malaysia who is a member of the International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA). With these certifications comes an excellent contract of warranty from us. You can read more about this warranty below. We also have the credibility of winning an award at the 2002 Malaysian Furniture Export Exhibition (MAFEX).

We bear the Buatan Malaysia logo as all our components are fully manufactured in Malaysia with compliance to the relevant certified requirements. Our factory is located in Puchong, Selangor and recently in 2006, we expanded our facilities to a larger factory, which is a testimony to our success and expertise in the industry.

Our main concern in this industry is ultimately the safety of the children. Therefore, we only use high quality materials to manufacture our components. All of our components are warranted to be free from defects when installed and we provide warranty to you for up to 10 years (subject to terms and conditions) so the kids can have years of enjoyment throughout their growing ages.

 

 
 
Warranty Coverage:
Limited 10 years warranty on all aluminium components.
Limited 5 years warranty on all other steel structure components, this includes decks, rails, loops and rings.
Limited 5 years warranty on hardware items such as stainless steel bolts and nuts.
Limited 5 years warranty on polyethylene components such as slides, panels, roofs, tic tac toe and tube tunnels.
Limited 1 year warranty on moving parts such as swing hanger, spring coil for seesaw and spring riders.
Limited 1 year warranty on rubber mat safety flooring and seamless flooring
   
This warranty does not cover defects that are cosmetic, but is limited to defects which result in structural failure, including structural failure due to natural deterioration. This warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism, abuse or warping or cracking of treated parts. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
